Developers are losing interest in creating apps for Android because of the continued fragmentation of the operating system, according to a survey conducted jointly by Appcelerator and IDC between January and February. Its results show that interest in Android phone app development fell by nearly five percentage points over the past quarter to about 79 percent.

Major ISPs agree to FCC’s code of conduct on botnets, DNS attacks
In a statement, FCC chairman Julius Genachowski said that these practices “identify smart, practical, voluntary solutions that will materially improve the cyber security of commercial networks and bolster the broader endeavors of our federal partners.” The industry apparently agrees, as heavyweights like AT&T, CenturyLink, Comcast, Cox, Sprint, Time Warner Cable, T-Mobile and Verizon have already signed on. Women’s AMA Motocross National Championship numbers for 2011 season
Beginning last season, MX Sports Pro Racing implemented a new numbering system for the Women’s AMA National Motocross championship. In years past, riders selected their numbers based on availability and order of selection was determined by where a rider finished in the standings the previous season. While the champion was designated to wear the number one plate, all other competitors were permitted to select any number that was available.
The 2010 campaign marked the debut of a new numbering system that determines a rider’s number by where she finished the previous season. As a result, one’s finishing position in the championship would serve as her number for the following season.
While Women’s MX Champion Jessica Patterson will enter 2011 with the #1 plate on her bike, jersey and helmet, below is a list of the remaining numbers for next season’s MotorcycleUSA Women’s Motocross Championship in accordance to each woman’s position in the final standings for 2010:

As we published our definitive review of the Sony Xperia S, many of the week's main stories focused on two highly-anticipated unreleased devices — the HTC One X and Samsung Galaxy S III.
Earlier reports of an April 5 launch for HTC's new One series were apparently confirmed by news of a launch party in Paris that evening. And we saw a couple more dubious images claiming to show Samsung's next big thing. Raikkonen gets five-place grid penalty
Kimi Raikkonen is to lose five places on the grid for the Malaysian Grand Prix after a gearbox change following the second free practice. Shortly after the session concluded, Lotus wrote on Twitter that an issue with the Finn’s gearbox meant it would be changed before the start of the third and final practice session. The team confirmed the change to AUTOSPORT, meaning Raikkonen looks set to lose five places
